While the reason for moving to a netbook can be portability, i have found numerous users who buy netbooks are using it only as a additional or secondary PC. The majority of these users possibly run a browser and a audio/player player, nothing more. It is quite unsurprising to see that the Toshiba NB 100 is powered by a Intel 1.6GHz Atom N270 processor.
