I love Friend or Follow – this is just what I was looking for!

I would add to this list:
1) Tweetstats – generates graphs of your tweeting tendencies by month, day, and time, as well as info about who you @reply to most
2) Twitterholic – shows top user stats
3) Tweetburner – shortens a URL and then tracks clicks on it.

Mr tweet is so boring, in the sense that it does not give you instant results. There are other tools which can do the job instantly like the ones listed in this article.
