While Motorola labs have been busy designing new technology Enhanced CrystalTalk technology, the press team did a very bad job while announcing the Motorola EM35, earlier this month. Motorla Rokr EM35 is not labeled a high end phone, and the focus is primarily on music lovers. Motorola ROKR EM35 is powered by the MOTOMUSIC player 6, which boasts a virtual stereo surround sound. The call voice quality matches the best audio output, ever on a cellphone, with background noise cancellation. Most features have been tailor made to please the music lovers.

VOICE TECHNOLOGY :

A crowded noisy environment would render your call experience bad, but not any more with Motorola ROKR EM35. The system has inbuilt technology which amplifies the voice and filters background noise.

MUSIC FREAKS :

MOTOMUSIC player 6 is a rock solid integrated system, which allows you to play your music, discover new music, preview it and also purchase them from your mobile. Motorola ROKR EM35 is built with music recommendation capabilities, the cell phone really does appeal to a music minded audience. To spice up the online music, Motorola ROKR EM35 also has an integrated FM, with SONGID technology and Radio Data System, which makes identifying songs very easy. What does not make sense is the minimal default memory of 110MB, though expandable up to 32GB using Optional MicroSD Card. I would have liked Motorola ROKR EM35 to have shipped with more inbuilt memory, definitely more than 110MB. Adding to the online music experience, the Motorola ROKR EM35 also boasts a stereo bluetooth surround technology, which gives an excellent wireless stereo surround effect.

OTHER FEATURES :

Not so focused on multimedia, Motorola ROKR EM35 is shy to reveal a good 3.1 MP camera with basic photo editing and sharing software inbuilt. The phone is also equipped with widgets, which would provide information like weather, stocks, everything on real time. Connectivity is also pretty good with Over the Air Sync and PC Sync.
